Exanor is not responsible for the refund process or decisions made by the sellers. It is the seller's responsibility to clearly communicate their refund policy to their customers.

3. Commission on Refunds: If a seller decides to offer a refund to their customer, Exanor will charge a commission of 10% of the refunded amount as processing fees. This commission helps us cover the administrative costs associated with managing refunds.

4. Contacting Sellers: Customers who wish to inquire about refunds should directly contact the seller from whom the product was purchased. Exanor does not handle individual product refunds or returns.

By using Exanor's platform, sellers agree to this refund policy and understand that all transactions are subject to these terms. Sellers are encouraged to maintain clear and transparent refund policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
